No fix - No fee Policy

At Click4PC our policy of "No fix - No fee" is the cornerstone of our belief that we can provide the best possible IT service in the West Midlands today. But what does that mean?

 

"No fix - No fee"

While this is a very broad term we see it as a testament to our skill and knowledge in todays IT industry. That is how confident we are in our ability to fix any Laptop/PC/Network issue a home or business user is likely to encounter. If we don't know why we can't fix it we won't charge you for our time.

 

What classifies as a "fix" ?

Below is a list of situations we consider a "fix".

  • Corrupt driver reinstallation.
  • Hardware installation, if your PC meets the "Minimum Requirements" as specified by the hardware manufacturer.
  • Software (re)installation, if your PC meets the "Minimum Requirements" as specified by the software manufacturer.
  • Fixing broken internet connectivity.
  • Virus/Spyware cleanup.
  • Diagnosing line faults for upstream endor to correct. E.g. Problems on BT lines preventing ADSL from working correctly.
  • If we diagnose that the PC doesn't meet the manufacturers "Minimum Requirements" for the hardware/software in question.

All of which will be demonstrated to the customer on completion.

 

What classifies as a "fail" ?

This is simply when we cannot diagnose or correct the problem being experienced by the customer. We feel we should never charge the customer when we don't know how to fix the problem unlike some companies who will charge regardless.
